To embark on your quest for the coveted blue keycard in Payday 3's "No Rest for the Wicked" heist, head to the roof of the bank by skillfully lockpicking the gate on the left side of the building and ascending the fire escape. Once on the roof, step through the open door, gaining access to the bank's second floor.
Locating the Terminal
